The following shall be provided to the Association in order for the Association to consider the lease, transfer, or occupancy for approval:
a. Completed Application.
b. Payment of Application Fee in the amount of $200.00
c. Completed Background Inquiry Release Form for each adult occupant.
d. Payment of Background Check Fee in the amount of $150.00_, per adult occupant.
e. Copy of the proposed lease or contract for sale.
f. Copy of Driver’s License for each adult occupant.
Upon receipt of ALL items listed above, the Association will approve or disapprove the lease, transfer, or occupancy within thirty (30) days.
