I understand that I am responsible for ensuring that my guests comply with the rules and acknowledge that I am responsible for any damages to the property resulting from my event. I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Villages of Lake Lucie Homeowners Association, Inc. from any liabilities, damages, or claims arising from the use of the cabana, except for those claims arising from the sole negligence or willful and wanton acts of the Villages of Lake Lucie HOA, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, or agents.
